Can I use it for commercial purposes?

Can I use it for adult content?

Yes, it can be used for adult content. However, it CANNOT be used in the following cases:
· Content that violates laws
· Content that glorifies or promotes crime
· Grotesque, repulsive, or content that significantly offends others

Can I use it in background music videos?

No. It is prohibited to use the music in content where music is the main element or where the purpose is to let the audience listen to the music, such as "studying music videos," "relaxing music videos," or "meditation music channel."

Can I enjoy it personally?

Yes, of course. Besides being used as BGM, I am very happy if you enjoy listening to it personally.

Why do you register the music with Content ID?

To protect the music and to protect good-faith users who use the music according to the terms of use, I register the music with Content ID.

If I, the composer, did not register the music with Content ID, malicious third parties might falsely claim, "This music is mine," register it with Content ID, and delete users' videos or reap the revenue. This is not hypothetical; it has happened in the past. Yes, it is a true story I experienced.
